Personal Protective Equipment Bids

To Whom It May Concern:

Plainfield Fire Protection District is currently accepting bids for Personal Protective Equipment. Bid package with specifications can be picked up at the Plainfield Fire Protection Administrative building, 23748 W. 135th Street, Plainfield, Illinois 60544 during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.), or may be downloaded from the Plainfield Fire Protections website at www.plainfieldfpd.org .

The sealed bids are due in our office no later than 4:00 pm on November 13, 2015. The bid openings will take place November 13, 2015 at 4:30 pm at the Plainfield Fire Protection District Administrative Building at 23748 W. 135th Street, Plainfield, IL 60544. Bidders do not need to be present during the bid openings.

Include with your bid proposal a list of exclusions accompanied by the original specifications. Also include in your proposals individual pricing as well as if any additional discounts are available for purchasing 10+ sets of personal protective equipment.

Late proposals will not be accepted under any circumstances. Any proposal(s) received after the scheduled time of 4 p.m. on November 13, 2015, will be returned to the proposing firm unopened. Sole responsibility rests with the proposing firm to see that their proposal is received on time.

Pricing shall be good for one year.

The Plainfield Fire Protection District reserves the right to reject any or all bids on any basis.
