How to Submit a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Request
You may submit your request by email. The request must be present in the body of the email. The District will not open emailed attachments or visit third-party websites for cybersecurity reasons. For your convenience, a sample FOIA request email is provided below. You may copy and paste the language into the body of your email and customize it with the specific details of the records you are requesting before sending it to the appropriate agency.
